Spending time outdoors is one of the best parts of warmer weather. We all want more sunshine and a change from the cold winter. While the changing temperatures are great, we also must stay vigilant in protecting ourselves from ticks. These tiny insects can carry illnesses such as Lyme disease, making prevention especially important. Thankfully, a few simple habits can greatly reduce your risk of bites.
