There will be plenty of vendors to visit, as the Wellness Expo will be in conjunction with the Medina Farmers Market. :-)

How STRONG is the connection between your brain and your body??

When your spine is properly aligned, your nervous system can communicate effectively with your brain and your body.

A subluxation is a misalignment of the vertebrae in the spine. Not only does it effect communication in your body, it also causes pain and muscle spasms, headaches/migraines, restricts range of motion, causes respiratory distress, and stress on your body.

We spent the morning in Wadsworth at Roots Yoga and Barre, providing Gua Sha to guests and clients at their Summer Open House 🎉
