I’m always so grateful when the City of Palm Bay invites me to spend time with their employees and provide acupuncture as part of their employee wellness.

I love that they recognize the importance of taking care of the people who take care of our community. Acupuncture can help with stress relief, relaxation, mental clarity and an overall better state of mind — and when employees feel better, they can show up feeling more focused, balanced and ready to do their best. 🌿

I’m truly humbled every time I’m invited back.

But this visit was extra special. 🥹 It happened to be my birthday, and somehow they knew! At the end of the day, they surprised me with a birthday card signed by everyone. 💕🎂

I went there hoping to make their day a little better… and they ended up making mine.

So grateful for this opportunity and for the kindness they showed me. I’ll happily come back anytime they’ll have me! 🥰🌿

Yesterday I felt VERY loved and spoiled on my birthday! 🥹❤️

My amazing staff completely surprised me — gifts, an office FULL of Asian-themed birthday decorations (they definitely know me well), and the sweetest celebration.

And Gabryella made my beautiful birthday cake! 🎂❤️

I’m so grateful for this team and for the thought and effort they put into making me feel so special.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! My heart is full. ❤️

I was reading Luke 17:10 today in a Bible I have with commentary from Joyce Meyer, and it really spoke to me and prompted me to make this post. ❤️🙏

One thing I’ve always struggled with is accepting all the credit when patients thank me for their healing, their relief, or how much better they’re feeling. I’m incredibly grateful for their words and encouragement, but deep down, I know the credit isn’t mine alone.

I truly believe God works through us. I believe He led me to this career for a reason and a purpose, and that helping others through acupuncture and natural medicine is part of the path He chose for me.

Luke 17:10 was such a beautiful reminder today:

Do what God calls you to do, then let Him receive the glory.

So when a patient thanks me, I will always be grateful for the encouragement—but I also quietly thank God for allowing me to be a vessel through which He can help others. ❤️

All the glory goes to Him. 🙏

When you’re an acupuncturist, you’re never really off duty 😂📍

We were at a baby shower and my sister was dealing with some sciatic pain… so of course, I had to help! ❤️

One of the things I love most about acupuncture is being able to help the people I love feel better—even in the middle of a family get-together. 🥰

Happy Birthday to our amazing Pilates instructor, Erica! 🥳🎉

We celebrated with a great workout and then enjoyed a delicious, healthy vegan birthday cake made by my talented niece. 💚🎂

Four years ago, she joined our team, and I am so grateful she did! ❤️

Today I took our amazing office manager, Stephanie, out to lunch to celebrate her 4-year anniversary. Even though she’s been working from home these past few months, she continues to be such an important part of Natural Approach Wellness Center.

She’s the one answering so many of your emails, following up with new patients, keeping everything organized behind the scenes, and helping both our team and our patients in countless ways.

We may not see her in the office every day anymore, but we definitely feel the positive impact she has on our practice. Thank you for your dedication, your heart, and everything you do. I’m so thankful to have you as part of our team! ❤️

One of the greatest gifts of my profession is the amazing people I get to meet. 💚

A patient surprised me with an early birthday gift, and it truly made my day. He’s incredibly creative and always finds the coolest, most thoughtful gifts. I’m so grateful for his kindness and generosity.

It’s moments like these that remind me how blessed I am to do what I love every day. Thank you! 🥰✨

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

As a proud Cuban-American, the Fourth of July means so much more than fireworks to me. When I was 8 years old, my family came to the US in search of freedom and opportunity. Because of that journey, I have had the privilege of building a life I love, pursuing my dream of becoming an acupuncturist, owning my own practice, and serving this incredible community.

Today, I’m especially grateful—for the sacrifices made by those who came before us, for the freedoms we enjoy, and for the opportunities this country has given my family.

Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and meaningful Independence Day. May God continue to bless America and all those who cherish freedom. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
