We're seeking a friendly, energetic Aquatic Exercise Instructor to help create a safe, welcoming and engaging fitness experience for Health First members.

What We're Looking For:
✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ Current AFAA, ACE or approved group exercise certification
✔️ Current AHA Heartsaver CPR & AED or Heartcode BLS certification
✔️ 3+ months of related or group exercise experience
✔️ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to modify exercises for all ability levels
✔️ Knowledge of aquatic exercise principles

We’re excited to welcome a new group of Project SEARCH interns as they begin their year of learning across Health First! 💜

Project SEARCH is a vocational training and employment program hosted by Health First that matches the abilities of people with disabilities to real jobs. This year, nearly 30 interns will gain experience in departments including Environmental Services, Nursing Units, Sterile Processing, Transport, and more throughout our hospitals.
