In this role, you’ll perform diagnostic laboratory testing that supports accurate diagnoses and high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:
• Perform diagnostic testing across multiple laboratory specialties
• Analyze patient specimens using advanced laboratory technology
• Maintain accurate results through quality control and equipment upkeep
• Troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory instruments and systems
• Support regulatory compliance and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Florida Medical Technologist licensure required in accordance with CLIA with a sub-specialty in Microbiology
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in required computer and EMR applications

🚨 Health First Emergency Care Is Growing in Brevard — Positions Available Now! 🚨

We’re expanding access to emergency care with a new Freestanding Emergency Department in Rockledge, projected to open in December 2026 / January 2027.

The new ER will provide 24/7 hospital-level emergency care closer to home, including:
✔ On-site imaging and lab services
✔ Typically shorter wait times
✔ Seamless hospital transfer coordination when needed

As their internships come to a close, we’re celebrating all that our Project SEARCH participants have accomplished!🎉

From learning new skills to growing in confidence, their time has been filled with meaningful progress in a real workplace setting.

Project SEARCH is a school-to-work program designed for young adults with disabilities. It combines classroom instruction, workplace training, and individualized support to help build readiness for employment.

☀️ Summer Camps are starting June 8th! ☀️
To attend, participants must be a Vocational Rehabilitation client and be between 14 and 21 years of age.
