Summer ☀️ Strength 💪🏻 Kickoff 💥 starts
MONDAY, MAY 25th, 2026
I am looking for 4 people to add to our small-group-strength-training team!
The strength program runs in 6-week progressive cycles, so you can track improvement and challenge yourself at your own level.
Week 7 is dedicated to functional movement & recovery.
✔ All fitness levels welcome
✔ Modifications available
✔ All equipment provided
✔ Monthly accountability challenges (ex: attendance, steps or nutrition tracking, etc)
📍 Yoga Melrose
🗓 Monday / Friday ⏰ 5:30–6:15 AM
🗓️ Wednesdays ⏰ 5:00-5:45PM (then stay for Gentle Yoga at 6PM! 🧘)
$60/month unlimited access to all 12-13 classes
OR
$40/month for one class per week, u-pick-ur-day!
OR
$10/class, bring a friend and you both get class free (the first time) or a $10 discount for next months membership fee!
🎁 Anyone who pays the $60/month AND attends all of that month’s workouts earns a $10gift card at D’lish coffee & catering in Freeport on the last day of the month.
🎁 Anyone who pays the $40/month and attends all 4 weekly workouts earns 🎟️ an entry into a drawing 🎟️ for a $10 gift card to Some Like it Hot in Melrose.

Ready to feel more energized and confident this season? If you are looking for a workout that is efficient, supportive, and easy (as in, planned for you 😆) MPower+ is offering a 44-minute circuit class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling motivated.
Each class includes:
🔥 10-minute dynamic warm up
🔥 24-minute circuit (4 stations)
🔥 10-minute stretch
We’ll train together using kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, bodyweight and other creative modalities to keep it interesting.
Led by Carrie, a Certified Personal Trainer
