Scotland County Pharmacy We are a full service pharmacy. Free mailing and free in town delivery. We proudly support our surrounding communities and appreciate all our customers.

Full service local pharmacy. Accepts most insurances. DME, compounding, CMR, emergency prescription filling, cards, gifts and have a self service photo kiosk and drive thru. Free local delivery and free mailing anywhere. Also come try the best ice cream around or sit and have lunch between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm Tuesday through Friday.

The special this week is the Fall Salad. This autumnal medley consists of lettuce sprinkled with dried cranberries, candied sunflower and pumpkin seeds, feta cheese, chicken, and pear. Poppy seed dressing on the side is included, or you may sub out to one of our other dressing if you would like, $7.75 or have it as a meal with a side and a drink for $10.40.

Fall is here which mean the flu season is arriving as well. Get ahead of it by getting your annual flu and/or COVID shot at Scotland County Pharmacy. We carry the Pfizer COVID shot and both standard and high-dose flu shots. You are able to even get both at the same time!

Patients with Medicare are eligible to get both for a $0 copay. Under 65 years old with no insurance, flu shots are $25.

Walk-ins welcome; individuals under 65 years old will require a prescription from their primary care provider for the COVID shot.

The Sandwich of the week is "Mary's Maid-Rite". This recipe came from our very own Mary Cochran. It's a simple loose meat sandwich seasoned with her own secret recipe on a sesame seed bun. Topped with your choice of Ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. Sandwich with chips and pickles is $6.25 or as a meal with side, chips, pickles and a large drink is $8.75.

We’re hiring!

Scotland County Pharmacy in Memphis is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our hometown team.
If you’re friendly, work well with others, and can keep up in a fast-paced pharmacy, we’d love to meet you. Pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus—not required. Good computer skills and clear communication are a must.
Job duties include:

• Enter prescriptions into the computer and keep patient profiles updated (allergies, insurance, contact info)
• Count, pour, label, and package prescriptions for pharmacist check
• Process insurance claims and help resolve rejections
• Answer phones and talk with doctors’ offices and insurance offices
• Work the pickup window and drive-thru
• Call patients when prescriptions are ready or if something is delayed
• Help with refill reminders and medication synchronization
• Check in drug orders, stock shelves, rotate stock, and pull expired items
• Help with OTC, DME, and front-end sales
• Assist with compounding (with training)
• Support immunizations with scheduling, paperwork, and prep
• Help with delivery bags and local delivery prep
• File prescriptions and keep the pharmacy organized and clean

Part-Time
Kitchen Position
Cooking and preparing food, answering phones, and taking orders.
~20 hours/week
Tuesday–Friday (no weekends)
Prior kitchen experience helpful, but not required. Must work well with others.

Full-Time
Front Counter Position
Work front counter (ice cream, coffee, lattes & food), answering phones, taking orders and waiting on customers.
Monday–Friday & some Saturday’s 9-1.

Prior experience helpful, but not required. Must work well with others.
