One thing I’ve learned over time as a Mother-Baby Nurse is that breastfeeding education shouldn’t start after your baby is born.
Those first days can be a lot, and trying to learn everything about latch, milk supply, feeding cues, pumping, and what’s actually normal while also recovering and caring for a new baby can feel overwhelming.
That’s where my in-person breastfeeding class, Breastfeeding Before Baby comes in. This in-person class is a chance to learn the basics, ask questions, and know what to expect before your baby arrives!
We’ll talk about those first feeds, getting a good latch, milk supply, how to know your baby is getting enough, pumping, common concerns, and more.
Partners/support people are welcome too!
Light refreshments provided.
$49/couple
📍Class location: Memphis area
🤍 Taught by an IBCLC & Mother-Baby RN
