Memorial Day coming up reminds me, every year, about me signing up for the Armed Services Draft within a week after my 18th birthday. It was a couple of days after February 9, 1971 that I got signed up. My name came up within the next couple of weeks, calling me to duty. But a February 16th motorcycle wreck changed my future.
Amputation of my right foot kept me out of the service, which, if I had gone, may have turned out as “Me”, being a Memorial Day Memory.
I am BEYOND PROUD to have remained in the USA, to have the privilege and honor to serve the Veterans returning from the Armed Services, replacing their missing limbs with Precision Prosthetics ! !
It’s been personally rewarding to have helped hundreds of our US Veterans back to functionality ❤️ Turns out, that I just served in a “different way” and Karen and I have our 3 Sons to thank for carrying on the Tradition🇺🇸👍
HAVE HAPPY AND MEANINGFUL MEMORIAL DAYS, ALWAYS ‼️‼️
SINCERELY, Skip Martin and Family
