✨ Meet McKenzie Rector — the newest face joining the Arthrex Memphis family! ✨

Originally from Wake Forest, North Carolina, McKenzie brings a powerhouse academic background with both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UNC Chapel Hill.

She spent four years in Naples, Florida, serving as a Product Manager at Arthrex, Inc., where she supported innovation and surgeon education across the country.

Now calling Memphis, Tennessee home, McKenzie has moved here with her husband. She’s excited to bring her experience, energy, and passion to support our mission of helping surgeons and improving patient outcomes.

We’re proud to have her here and can’t wait to see the impact she makes.
