An unpopular opinion from someone who works in functional nutrition:
Not every symptom is a food sensitivity.
Bloating gets blamed on gluten and dairy constantly. Sometimes that's right. Often it isn't and the elimination diet that follows removes foods that were never the problem while the actual cause continues unaddressed.
Cutting foods feels like progress because it's concrete and you can start today. But a shorter food list isn't the same as an answer, and I've met a lot of people whose diets got narrower every year while nothing else changed.
Before you remove anything else, it's worth knowing what you're removing it for.
How many foods have you cut out over the years? Did it help?
