💔 Heartbroken.

Dolly Parton was so much more than an icon.

Long before conversations about women’s rights, equality and women having a voice in the workplace became part of our everyday dialogue, Dolly was quietly and brilliantly showing us what an independent, successful woman could look like.

She used humor and music to shine a light on things that mattered. 9 to 5 gave a voice to working women who often weren’t heard, while Dolly herself built an extraordinary career and business on her own terms.

But maybe the greatest lesson she gave us had nothing to do with fame or success.

It was how she treated people.

Dolly had an incredible ability to stand firmly in who she was and what she believed while still extending kindness, dignity and respect to people who may have looked, lived, loved, believed or thought differently than she did.

She reminded us that being different doesn’t have to divide us.

You can be strong without being cruel.
Successful without stepping on someone else.
Confident without making another person feel small.
And you can disagree with someone and still treat them with humanity.

What an incredible example for women and really, for all of us.

Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the laughter, the courage, the rhinestones…and most of all, for showing us that kindness and strength can absolutely coexist. 🦋✨

✨💀 THE ANATOMY OF BEAUTY

🦋 Incredible weekend in Newport Beach at Evolus HQ for the ICON Experience.

📖 The weekend kicked off with the coolest surprise…an exclusive book signing with Professor Sebastian Cotofana and a personally signed copy of “The Anatomy of Beauty”.

⭐️ The following day, we had the incredible opportunity to take a deep dive into The Anatomy of Beauty, led by Professor Cotofana alongside facial plastic surgeon Dr. Rami Batniji. Professor Cotofana’s extraordinary knowledge of facial anatomy paired with Dr. Batniji’s surgical expertise and perspective made the anatomy lab an invaluable day of learning.

🥼 After more than 20 years in Medical Aesthetics, experiences like this remind me why I still love what I do. There is always more to learn and another way to refine our craft. Continuing to deepen our understanding of anatomy and technique isn’t just about becoming better injectors…it ultimately translates into safer, more thoughtful care for our patients.

🫶At Glo, patient safety, satisfaction & trust have always been at the heart of what we do, and continuing to invest in education is one of the most important ways we honor that trust.

Facial balancing is a process—not a single syringe or a single appointment.

Over the course of two filler sessions, we strategically treated the lower face, including the chin shadow, chin, pre-jowl area, jawline, and lips. Throughout this time, she also maintained full face and neck neurotoxin every 3 months.

Our goal was to create a slimmer, more feminine lower face. In her original photos, the chin appeared broader and more square, contributing to a wider appearance through the lower third of the face.

By improving the proportions between the chin, jawline, and lips, we were able to narrow the visual width of the lower face while maintaining natural facial movement and preserving what makes her look like herself.

One of my favorite things about this transformation is that we didn’t make her look “done”—we simply improved balance and structure.

Sometimes, adding support in the right places doesn’t make a face look fuller—it makes it look slimmer.
