Your Inner Yogi YTT is more than a teacher training program—it’s a community, a chosen family, and a space to grow into your authentic voice.

We believe yoga is more than poses. It’s about living your practice, building meaningful connections, and showing up fully as yourself.

If you’re ready to deepen your practice and join a supportive community that continues long after graduation, we’d love to welcome you.

During the final weeks of our Yoga Teacher Training, our Program Director, Bridget Bridget Danielle | Yoga • Pilates • Holistic Wellness , guided us through a powerful reflection during our Business of Yoga weekend. Together, we completed three simple yet meaningful statements:

✨ I teach yoga because…
✨ I believe…
✨ My purpose is…

What began as an activity quickly became an opportunity to reconnect with the heart of why we do this work. As teachers, facilitators, and space holders, our reasons, beliefs, and purpose shape not only our businesses, but also the communities we cultivate and the experiences we create for others.

This reflection reminded us that there is no single path or perfect answer. Every story, every intention, and every purpose matters.

We loved this practice so much that we decided to share it with all of you.

Tell us in the comments:

What’s your why?
What do you believe?
What is your purpose?

We can’t wait to hear your reflections. 🤍✨

Happy Juneteenth! ✊🏾❤️💛💚

Today feels less like an event and more like a family reunion. The hugs, the laughter, the music, the movement, the elders, the babies, the stories, the joy—it’s all here.

Here are a few snapshots from the day, but honestly, the best moments are happening in real time. If you’re looking for us, we’re not on our phones much because there’s too much joy to capture and not enough time to experience it all. 😂

We’re still celebrating until 4 PM, so if you’re in Memphis, come through!

Happy Juneteenth, family. May we continue to honor our ancestors, celebrate our freedom, and gather in community with love, wellness, and liberation. ✨

Well Groove Thank you for having us❤️

As we approach the closing of Black History Month, let’s take in all the history we’ve been educated on and reminded of.

And remember… it doesn’t end here.

Black history is American history.

Keep pouring into each other. Keep creating. Keep building spaces where we are seen, heard, and honored.

Let’s acknowledge the Black yogis who continue to shape the practice:

Gail Parker
Jessamyn Stanley
Chelsea Jackson Roberts
Faith Hunter
Dianne Bondy
Koya Webb
Lauren Ash

And so many more holding lineage, truth, and community.

Let’s use our yoga practice and the philosophy of Ahimsa (non-harm), Seva (selfless service), and Satya (truth) to act — not just reflect.

To live in alignment.
To advocate.
To protect.
To uplift.

Yoga is not just what we practice on the mat. Yoga is how we show up off of it.
