If you're not already using a retinol, the great news is it's never too late to start. Retinol is one of the most effective ingredients for improving overall skin health, texture, tone, and signs of aging. Here are some tips to help you get started with a successful retinol routine:

✨Start slowly: Begin 2–3 nights per week and gradually increase as your skin builds tolerance.
✨Use a small amount: A pea-sized amount is enough for your entire face. More retinol doesn't mean better results—it can mean more irritation.
✨Hydrate: If you tend to experience dryness or irritation, try "sandwiching" your retinol by applying a hydrating serum, followed by retinol, then a gentle moisturizer. ✨Choose a formula you can tolerate: When it comes to retinoids, consistency matters more than strength. A formula your skin can tolerate regularly will ultimately deliver better results than a stronger product you can't use consistently.
