Ashley brings over a decade of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, with a passion for helping clients feel confident both inside and out. After owning and growing a successful beauty business for 11 years, she developed expertise in client experience, marketing, brand development, and building meaningful relationships through personalized care.

At Refine MD, Ashley is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. As Client Care Coordinator, she is dedicated to ensuring each visit feels welcoming, seamless, and personalized from the moment clients walk through the door. She loves building genuine relationships and helping every client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.

Outside of Refine MD, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their dog, Bauer. She loves traveling to new destinations, spending weekends up north at Roberts Lake, and making memories with family and friends.
