Camp Good Days provides free residential camping programs at our beautiful Recreational Facility, located on the shores of Keuka Lake in Branchport, New York, as well as year-round recreational and support activities, in the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse areas for children and families who are impacted by cancer or sickle cell anemia. What an incredible night! 💙

A few weeks ago, so many people came together for Party for a Purpose, a special evening celebrating our Executive Director, Wendy Mervis’s 60th birthday and Camp Good Days. We’re still feeling so grateful for the overwhelming support shown throughout the night!

Thank you so much to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, performed, volunteered, and helped make the evening so meaningful! We are so excited to share that Party for a Purpose raised over $100,000 for our FREE programs and services for children, families, and adults impacted by cancer or sickle cell anemia.

From the performances of Broadway stars Kara Lindsay and Kevin Massey and country singer-songwriter Claudia Hoyser, to heartfelt moments and celebrating Wendy and Camp’s mission together, Party for a Purpose was truly a night to remember. Thank you for helping us continue creating good days and special times for those we serve! ✨

Every child deserves a summer filled with laughter, friendship, adventure, and the chance to simply be a kid.

Today we’re spotlighting Teddi’s Team — our overnight camp program for children ages 8–12 who have been diagnosed with cancer or sickle cell anemia.

One of the most special parts of Teddi’s Team is that children do not have to wait until treatment is over to experience camp. Thanks to our dedicated team of pediatric oncology practitioners and nurses, Campers’ medical needs are supported throughout the week so they can safely take part in all the unforgettable moments camp has to offer.

From swimming and crafts to campfires and silly moments, Campers get the chance to build confidence, connect with others who understand, and simply enjoy being kids.

Did you know we are more than a camp for kids with cancer? We offer five overnight camp programs designed to support children and families impacted by cancer in different ways, including Camp B&ST, our bereavement camp.

Here, Campers find friendship, understanding, and community that reminds them they are not alone. The bonds formed at camp often become lifelong sources of support through grief and healing.
