One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
“I have an IUD, so hormone testing won’t tell me anything.”

But that’s not true.

Even with an IUD, advanced hormone testing can still give us valuable insight into what’s happening inside your body — especially if you’re struggling with symptoms like:

• Fatigue
• Weight gain
• Anxiety or overwhelm
• Sleep issues
• Bloating
• Mood swings
• Burnout
• Acne or skin changes
• Low energy

For women in their 30s and 40s, I’m often looking at MUCH more than just estrogen and progesterone.
