Honestly, it's probably not even the clinician's fault for feeling this way. Our current system is set up to burn out great providers and deliver low quality care, ultimately hurting the patient experience in the end! We need to create systems that excite providers and reinvigorate their passion for helping patients: this way, everyone's experience improves.

Point is, it's not bad or harmful to have your pelvis tipped a certain way. If it does hurt you, just adjust into a position that feels better and let's you do whatever you're trying to do. Don't let "experts" try to sell you the idea that moving within your body's natural limits is somehow a danger to itself.

Guess what? Your spine is supposed to move! You don't need to be a rigid robot at your desk 24/7 and sit at perfect 90-degree angles as if you're made out of wood. Move around periodically, adjust your position, and be ok with being comfortable!
