In mindfulness, we are rewiring our brain to engage life more fully, find some serenity and to know ourselves much deeper. Because we believe that meditation and mindfulness is for everyone, our style is secular (non-religious) and at Dragonfly we welcome all religious and spiritual traditions. We serve the north shore of Wisconsin and Greater Milwaukee area locally and in addition, offer services
