Summer’s here and it sure is a bright time for fun, relaxing, holidays, and spending time with loved ones which means it’s very easy for your health and fitness priorities to take a turn for the backseat. Though, it doesn’t have to be this way. There’s a tenuous connection between summer and Weight Loss. It’s not substantiated but to most of us Weight Loss seems easier in the summer. There’s just something about the weather that seems to suggest achieving weight loss goals is doable. There are studies that have shown the importance of drinking more water before every meal, leading to a feeling of satiety and consuming less food. You find yourself less keen to eating heavy meals. Try planning a new diet that revolves around summer offerings. Introduce a lot of leafy salads and fruit as replacements when you feel like eating fatty snacks or don’t feel like eating at all because skipping meals is just as bad as over indulging in calories soap, junk food.
