I haven’t posted anything fitness related in a while. I figured I’d drop this old, still very valid tip.
If you’re not logging your food on an app, or at least writing down what you eat, you’re doing yourself a huge disservice. You will be SHOCKED when you realize you’re eating more calories than you thought, or not enough. Im super busy, but If you need help, please reach out. I don’t want anything from you, just want to help you become your healthiest self anyway I can.
