Meet our newest therapist Cassidy Shaffer!
Cassidy is a compassionate therapist who believes healing starts with genuine connection. She meets clients where they are, helping them navigate lifeâs challenges while staying aligned with what matters most to them.
Using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including DBT, ACT, EFT, and IFS-informed techniques, Cassidy supports individuals and couples working through anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her goal is to help clients build meaningful relationships, develop practical coping skills, and feel more like themselves again.
