Christian Counseling starts with a foundation of Biblical truth. It regards God as the creator of all, and thereby recognizes His word as the source of strength and power to address any issue or problem.

Counseling (and Psychology) addresses the needs of the soul (the mind, the emotions, and behaviors (will). Christian Counseling at Flourish addresses the soul as designed by God, while also addressing the needs of the spirit. This could include struggles with guilt, shame, forgiveness issues, strongholds, blocks in relationship with God, identity, etc.
