Meet the faces behind the care:
Eva Bingham, DNP, FNP-C — Provider & Head Honcho
Eva is the founder of Hazel Healthcare and brings her background as a Family Nurse Practitioner to her work in primary care, weight loss, and women’s health. Her vision for Hazel was simple: create a place where patients feel heard, supported, and cared for as a whole person — not just another appointment on the schedule. When she’s not caring for patients, you can probably find her somewhere in the mountains, camping, fishing, exploring, or enjoying a warm beach.
John Meirndorf, MSN, FNP-C — Provider
John’s healthcare experience spans post-surgical nursing, home health and hospice, primary care, and hormone specialty care. At Hazel, he’s passionate about patient education, preventative care, and creating personalized treatment plans — especially when it comes to helping patients better understand their health and feel empowered in their care. Off the clock, he’s usually exploring the mountains, hanging with his dog, or heading to a concert or festival.
Laura Carter — Clinic Director & Co-Owner
Laura has spent more than 25 years in healthcare, working her way through medical records, medical coding and billing, medical assisting, and management before becoming the Clinic Director and co-owner of Hazel Healthcare. She keeps the clinic running smoothly and, as Hazel puts it, helps keep everyone on track. Outside of Hazel, she loves baking, cooking, gardening, spending time with family — and, naturally, the ocean.
Three very different backgrounds. One shared goal: bringing healthcare back to a personal, compassionate, patient-centered experience.
