The best thing you can use to clean your piercing is saline. Pre-made saline in a can is best as it's sterile and gentle on your piercing. If saline isn't provided by your piercer, you can find saline in the wound aisle in almost every grocery store and drug store, usually called "wound wash saline."
Don't forget that your piercer is always there to assist you if you're having an issue with your piercing.
