Courtney is the owner of Wild Soul Yoga in Meridian, Mississippi, where she offers a whole-person approach to health through somatic yoga, functional movement, nervous system regulation,

and nutrition coaching. Courtney’s teaching emphasizes mobility, body awareness, and nervous system support—rooted in biomechanics, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and is a nutrition coach specializing in women’s hormone health, blood sugar balance, and the mind-body connection. Whether on the mat, in the kitchen, or out in nature, Courtney’s mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, feel more resilient, and live with greater ease—one breath, step, and bite at a time

Life has gotten full, and I’m listening to what I need right now.
For the time being, I’ll be only teaching Chair Yoga on Fridays at 11am. This class continues to be one of my favorite! It’s accessible for everyone and deeply supportive for the nervous system and joints.

Thank you for understanding, for your flexibility, and for being part of this community. Sometimes honoring the season you’re in is the practice.

I’d love to see you on Fridays.
