https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeANvWiq8SB/?cplk=dzgzczE1dTd6dWdv 😊Hello everyone. Great info on how to clean mold safely and thoughly. Bleach or vinegar?🤔
I used to use bleach on mold until I watched this video from Barbara O’Neill years ago! 😲

I love how she explains the difference between vinegar and bleach when it comes to mold and fungus. I learned something new, and it changed what I reach for when cleaning! 🧼✨

Hope this helps someone out there, too!

God bless! 🙏❤️

🦷✨ BAKING SODA RULES🏆BE A WINNER WITH DECAY. No more drill.
⭐️What do you have to lose besides a cavity? 😉🦷

Have you tried baking soda as part of your oral care routine? ❤️

I’ve seen personal experiences and documented cases where their DDS and myselfI saw their tooth decay became smaller or clinically disappear after using baking soda for as little as a month! Use my recipe 2 c water 1TB baking soda, morning, night and after meals.

Baking soda can help neutralize acids in your mouth, which is important for protecting your teeth. 🦷

Let’s keep learning, sharing, and taking simple steps toward healthier smiles!

💬 Have you ever tried baking soda for your teeth? Comment below!

Blessings to you and your beautiful smile! 🙏❤️

Pictures of dental cavities that you could possibly see in your mouth, on an x-ray, or detect with a Diagnodent machine.

A dentist will diagnose decay physically if it is soft or sticky when touched with an instrument.

They can also detect it with advanced technology, such as a Diagnodent machine, to determine how dense the area is.

Traditionally, it may be visually noticed on an x-ray, where it appears dark versus white.

I hope this information empowers you to understand how most decay/cavities are detected. At Heavenly Smiles, I like to empower you with knowledge so you can be educated on what you need and why... 😇

🦷Hope this tooth chart is a little easier to read. Posted before this post.🙌

⭐️Look for where you may have root canals.

1-8 is upper right
9-16 is upper left
17-24 is lower left
25-32 is lower right

Also, your wisdom teeth #1, 16, 17, and 32. If they’ve been extracted, they may still have some stuff left behind that they can pick up on a 3-D scan called cabitations. That’s where the jaw bone doesn’t fill in for some reason. If you’re concerned about this, please make sure your radiologist that looks at your scan evaluates for cavitations. Holistic dentistry will usually automatically do this. A regular oral surgeon you will have to ask for that. They cannot tell you that there’s anything bad there, but in holistic dentistry in our office, 100% of the time that we clean those areas out, it was deadly bacteria . Hope our truth helps you. 🏆

This happened to me was life-changing when I did this treatment. All four of my areas had really gross things in them and we swapped them and sent them to a lab and they had deadly bacteria in them. Not something you want so close to your brain. In my opinion.

🇺🇸 Why the ADA Seal of Acceptance Matters! 🦷

💬What do you look for when choosing dental products? Please like and comment below.⬇️

Dr. Dome is in Germany, and my understanding is that many European countries take a precautionary approach to proving product safety.

Here in America, we have the ADA Seal of Acceptance, which helps consumers identify dental products that have met the American Dental Association’s requirements for safety and effectiveness.

I learned about this during my senior year at Idaho State University in my Dental Hygiene Legal and Ethics class. I still remember being SHOCKED—and so thankful for the research and evaluation that help protect consumers! 🇺🇸

As a registered dental hygienist, I believe it’s important to ask questions, understand the evidence, and know what we’re putting in our mouths.
