The sciatic nerve runs down the back of the thigh alongside the hamstrings.

When adhesion forms around the nerve, it can restrict normal movement and contribute to:

Pain shooting down the leg
Hamstrings that never seem to loosen
Pulling behind the thigh or knee
Numbness or tingling into the calf or foot

So even if you keep treating your low back, you may be missing the restriction farther down the nerve.

We identify where the sciatic nerve is restricted around the hamstrings, remove the adhesion, and help restore normal nerve movement.

STOP STRETCHING THAT KNOT IN YOUR MID-BACK
If you’ve been dealing with the same stubborn spot between your shoulder blades, there may be more going on than a tight muscle.
An adhesion in the thoracic erectors can restrict how the tissue moves, which can keep that area feeling tight, painful, or stuck.
And if you’ve been stretching, rolling, or treating the area over and over with no lasting change, it may be time to look at what’s actually restricting the movement.
That’s where I look differently.

Hi, I’m Autumn.
I’m the owner of Idaho Pain and Adhesion Therapy in Meridian, where I specialize in Adhesion Release Method, or ARM therapy.
I work with people who have been dealing with chronic pain, nerve-related symptoms, old injuries, and movement restrictions, especially those who have tried multiple approaches without finding lasting relief.
ARM is a highly specialized approach that focuses on identifying and addressing adhesions that may be affecting nerves, muscles, and joints.
I trained in ARM in Denville, New Jersey, and I’m grateful to bring this specialty to Idaho.
My goal is simple: to help people understand why their pain may keep coming back and give them another place to look for answers.
If you’ve been dealing with pain for a long time and feel like you’ve tried everything, I’d love for you to follow along and learn more about ARM.

Your hip and groin pain might not be coming from your hip joint.

You may have been told it’s a groin strain, tight hips, or arthritis.

So you stretch.
You foam roll.
You work on the muscles.
But the pain keeps coming back.

What if the problem is the obturator nerve?

The obturator nerve travels through the pelvis into the inner thigh and groin. When adhesions restrict its normal movement, it can contribute to:
• Deep groin or inner-thigh pain
• Persistent tightness
• Pain with walking, lunging, or squatting
• A constant pulling or aching sensation in the hip

And if you keep treating the muscles or the joint while the nerve itself remains restricted, the problem may keep coming back.

That’s why we look beyond the joint.
We identify where the obturator nerve is restricted and specifically address the adhesion affecting its movement.

If you’ve been dealing with hip or groin pain for 6+ months and nothing has given you lasting relief, it may be time to look at what’s actually restricting the nerve.

Chronic neck pain that keeps coming back?

It may not be a muscle problem.

The C4 nerve root sits in the mid-cervical spine. When adhesion develops around the nerve, it can restrict normal tissue movement and contribute to persistent neck tension and pain.

Massage, stretching, and adjustments may help temporarily—but if the underlying restriction remains, the pain can keep coming back.

Pain for 6+ months?
Tried 3+ doctors or therapists w/o relief?

Stop chasing the pain.

It may be time to look at the tissue causing it.

That’s where ARM therapy takes a different approach.

Could this be why your low back pain keeps coming back?

Your lumbar joint capsules may be restricting movement.

When adhesions develop around the joint capsule, normal movement can become restricted—putting more stress on the surrounding structures.

ARM targets the adhesion directly to help restore normal movement.

Do you suffer from chronic mid-back pain and tightness?

Have you tried everything-stretching, massage, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture-but nothing seems to last?

The problem may be adhesion.

Adhesions can restrict normal tissue glide and contribute to chronic pain, stiffness, and limited mobility.

In this treatment, we're addressing adhesion involving the thoracic rotatores and multifidus-deep muscles that elp stabilize and move the spine.

When tissue glide is restricted, you may experience:
• Chronic tightness
• Stiffness
• Persistent mid-back pain
• Limited mobility

Our goal is to restore tissue glide and movement-not just temporarily mask the symptoms.

LEG PAIN, WEAKNESS OR NUMBNESS?

Your femoral nerve helps control quad strength, hip flexion & sensation in the front of your leg.

If its glide is restricted by adhesions or scar tissue, you may experience:
• Front thigh pain or burning
• Weakness with stairs or standing
• Numbness or tingling

Been told you need carpal tunnel surgery?

Before you schedule surgery, make sure the entire median nerve pathway has been evaluated.

Carpal tunnel symptoms aren’t always just about what’s happening at the wrist.

We look at the digital branches of the median nerve in the hand and how the nerve and surrounding tissues are gliding.

Because stretching and strengthening can only go so far when nerve mobility and tissue glide are compromised.

Shoulder pain that won’t go away?

It might not be your rotator cuff.

The posterior shoulder capsule helps the shoulder move smoothly and stay stable.

When adhesion restricts this tissue, it can contribute to:
• Pain reaching overhead
• Pain reaching behind your back
• Limited shoulder mobility
• Pain with lifting or throwing

Pain for 6+ months?

Tried 3 doctors or therapists with no relief?

You may be a candidate for ARM.
