Our Hohman Health Clinic (4022 Hohman Ave., Hammond) will remain closed Friday (8/14) and Saturday (8/15) as crews continue cleanup efforts and work to address an ongoing power outage.

Primary care appointments are available at the following locations today, August 14th:

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

✅ Mobile Health Unit
