Did you know that what you eat before training can make a huge difference in your performance?

For most athletes, eating a balanced meal 1–2 hours before practice or training can help:
✅ Increase energy levels
✅ Improve focus and performance
✅ Delay fatigue
✅ Support recovery

A good pre-workout meal should include carbohydrates for fuel and protein to support your muscles.
