Innovations in Learning, PC prides itself in using empirically based interventions with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Programs offered include an Intensive ABA program for children starting as young as two years, Adult Day Services for adults over the age of 18. Behavior therapy services under the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, as well as outpatient therapy services. Innovation

We are hiring for our Adult Day Service Dept...

The Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing direct services to individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disabilities who attend the Adult Day Services Program, using principles of Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities include:
Teach skills in individual and group settings
Follow all schedules and lesson plans
Provide personal care to individuals
Implement Behavior Support Plans
Implement Person Centered Individual Support Plans
Implement High Risk Protocols
Medication Administration, as necessary
Complete agency documentation
Physically assist individuals, as necessary
Participate in agency trainings
Participate in supervision and agency meetings as scheduled
Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
· 18 years of age
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Clear Criminal Background CheckTB test required
·Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
· Ability to physically assist consumers for transfer and physical intervention
