One of my favorite things about plants is that they constantly remind me that growth doesn’t have to be perfect 😌
I started with just one leaf.
I cut it into section, stuck them in water, hoped for the best… And now most of them have roots!
(And I’ll be honest here, it was a LOT of hoping bc I did not follow the proper protocol of “switch out the water every other day” 😅 … which may have slowed down the growth of the new roots but HEY! It still worked 😎)
This success was not the result of something fancy.
It was just a combination of time and energy; loving intention multiplied over time.
And it wasn’t perfect either- one segment did not grow roots, but theres a lesson there too.
If you’ve been thinking about getting your first plant, I can confirm that snake plants are beginner friendly !😁
Have you ever propagated a plant before? 🪴
