I say that I’m a coach because that’s the easiest way to describe my work. But, really, I’m in the business of helping moms start their healing journey and create momentum even when they are feel resistant—and that starts from the very moment you reach out to me.

When I start working with new client, the process involves a Discovery Call, some light coaching and present the opportunity to work together.
Another very important step is to review the contract together before we make the final decision. I won’t just send it to you to have you interpret all on your own because I’m so intentionally passionate about making sure we work well together. And then after a few little surprises then it’s time to start our journey together.

For me, these personal touches are so important because they help me connect on a deeper level with the amazing women in this community.

Your life/ healing journey can (and should!) incorporate their own meaningful elements. Take this moment to reflect on what gestures have meant a lot to you when you’ve interacted with other people and brainstorm how you can incorporate something similar into your everyday life.

How can you integrate meaningful elements into your day that can inspire yourself and others today.
