East Valley Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehabilitation We have a full service orthopedic clinic with an aquatic center. We are dedicated to highly expert care in a friendly and caring environment.

We help patients to relieve their pain, improve mobility, prevent or recover from surgery, and improve their quality of life. East Valley Physical Therapy brings nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in outpatient physical therapy services. Our state-of-the-art clinic is located near Banner Baywood Hospital in East Mesa. The owners, Blair J. Packard, PT and Thomas J. Curtis, PT, DSc, OCS are

seasoned clinicians with extensive experience in orthopedic, industrial, sports and aquatic physical therapy practice. Two other physical therapists, two physical therapist assistants and front and back office support personnel complete a team dedicated to professional physical therapy care.
