☕️🤍 Trader Joe’s on a Saturday is basically cardio. 😂

The parking lot is chaos, the aisles are packed, and somehow everyone needs the exact item you’re reaching for.

Good thing my Emotional Support Iced Coffee is riding shotgun. ☕️💁🏼‍♀️

😂😂😂 Apparently I misunderstood the assignment and selected ALL OF THE ABOVE.

✔️ Daily iced coffees
✔️ Gardening
✔️ Weight lifting
✔️ Red light therapy
✔️ Microneedling
✔️ Healthy mocktails
✔️ Everything protein
✔️ Weighted vest walks
✔️ Writing a book
✔️ Saying “back in my day…” way more than I should

The only one I didn’t choose was pickleball… and that’s only because I absolutely suck at it. 🤣🏓

As a Doctor of Functional Medicine and Master Nutritionist, I spend my days helping people feel their best, so I guess my “midlife crisis” turned into drinking protein coffee, walking outside, lifting weights, growing tomatoes, writing books, and researching wellness gadgets I’ll probably convince myself I need. 😂

✨ What I Ate Today as a Doctor of Functional Medicine & Nutritionist Who Lost Over 130 Pounds ✨

One of the biggest things I learned during my own journey is that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, restrictive, or miserable. ❤️

Today looked something like this:

🍳 Breakfast: 2 eggs and fresh fruit
🥗 Lunch: Homemade Chicken Caesar Salad topped with leftover grilled chicken from the night before
🍎 Afternoon Snack: A healthy protein-rich snack to keep my energy steady
🍽️ Dinner: Dutch oven Mississippi Pot Roast with slow-roasted carrots, green beans, and creamy mashed potatoes

Notice a pattern? 👀
