Tonight!
So, our astronomy posts just don't resonate with some folks. That's cool... we get it. But, tomorrow night something exceptionally rare will happen. 🌌🌠
This Friday, all seven visible planets—Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—will align in the evening sky in a stunning planet parade! 🌍✨
🔭 What to Expect:
🔹 Mercury, Venus, Mars & Jupiter visible to the naked eye 👀
🔹 Uranus & Neptune need a telescope 🔭
🔹 Saturn may be tough to spot near the horizon
But that’s not all! 🌟 T Coronae Borealis (aka the Blaze Star) experiences a nova explosion every 80 years and the light from this periodic event is... wait for it... expected any day now. Maybe even Friday. And it will be visible with the naked eye. Shiver me timbers! 🤯
Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime cosmic show! 🌠 Look up 30 minutes after sunset for the best view. And if you miss this parade, five planets will be visible in the night sky around October 2028. But seven? Nope, not again in any of our lives. Just saying the signs are all around us. 🌎💫
