Parenting can leave you with plenty of information—and still wondering what to do next.

Wild Ember Psychiatry & Therapy is introducing two 6-week, self-paced virtual parent programs to help families turn learning into practical next steps.

PANS/PANDAS Parent Education & Support Program
For families who already understand the basics and want a deeper look at functional and integrative care considerations, symptom and flare tracking, school advocacy, and working with their child’s treatment team.

Founding Family Rate: $247 per family
Future enrollment: $297

Steady: A Wild Ember Parent Training Program
For parents and caregivers navigating big emotions, meltdowns, anxiety, ADHD, sensory overwhelm, and challenging transitions. Explore what’s underneath behavior, co-regulation, boundaries without power struggles, and ways to reconnect after hard moments.

Founding Family Rate: $197 per family
Future enrollment: $247

Both programs include six educational modules, a downloadable parent toolkit, and practical resources to use at home. Each enrollment includes access for up to two parents/caregivers in the same household.

Modules open October 5, 2026.
Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule.

So grateful to have had the opportunity to be a presenter at the Arizona Homicide Investigators Association 2026 Conference and to share about wellness, resilience, and taking care of the people behind the badge.

This is not always an easy space to be invited into. Trust matters, credibility matters, and being given the opportunity to speak to those who serve in some of the most difficult roles is something I don’t take lightly.

To everyone who continues to believe in me, open doors for me, and invite me into these spaces… thank you for seeing me, trusting me, and believing that I have something meaningful to contribute.

I’m incredibly grateful to be able to do work that means so much to me and to keep having conversations that I hope make a difference for the people who spend their careers taking care of everyone else 🖤

💚 **Help Us Expand PANS/PANDAS Care in Arizona** 💚

Over the past several years, Ashleigh has had the privilege of caring for children and families affected by PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) These are complex neuroimmune conditions that are often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked.

We've had the honor of meeting families who spent years searching for answers before finally feeling heard, understood, and receiving the care their child deserved. We've had families drive from all over the state to start care for this complex condition.

As more Arizona families seek specialized care, we're committed to continuing to grow alongside them.

Our next step is investing in advanced education, mentorship, and ongoing training with nationally recognized experts so we can continue providing the highest quality, evidence-informed care. PANS and PANDAS require specialized knowledge far beyond traditional medical training, and staying current means an ongoing investment in education and clinical collaboration.

Unfortunately, insurance reimbursement does not cover the additional training, mentorship, and resources required to develop this level of expertise.

That's why we're launching our PANS/PANDAS Education Initiative. By investing in advanced specialized training, mentorship, and ongoing education, our goal is to provide the highest quality, evidence-informed care for children and families affected by PANS and PANDAS. We are committed to learning from nationally recognized experts and receiving continued guidance to ensure our clients benefit from the most current knowledge and best practices. We intend to teach these practices among our team.

If you believe every child deserves access to knowledgeable, compassionate care close to home, we invite you to support this mission. Your voluntary contribution will help fund advanced clinician education, expert mentorship, specialized clinical resources, and the continued expansion of PANS/PANDAS services at Wild Ember.

Together, we can help bring more specialized care to Arizona families so fewer parents have to search for answers alone.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for allowing us to continue growing alongside the families we serve.
