Three age groups. One standard. Our 14s, 16s, and 17s showed up to the same venue for AZ Region 4, ready to compete, and every one of them held to the same expectations: work hard, play together, and compete like it matters. At Rush, we’re a family. We cheer for each other, we hold each other up, and we’ve even go our coaches in training at the score table. But when the whistle blows, we compete.

Rush Mesa Girls Fall Training is built to help athletes sharpen individual skills, improve volleyball IQ, build confidence, and prepare for club tryouts. Whether you’re returning to club volleyball or getting ready to try out for the first time, come train with us.

14 & Under Elite Training is here.

Designed for athletes who want high-level training and consistent reps without committing to a full tournament schedule.

Athletes will train alongside our 14U club team, working directly with the Rush coaching staff in a competitive club practice environment focused on skill development, volleyball IQ, and preparing athletes for the next level.

Training Options
Bi-Monthly | 4 sessions — $100
Monthly | 8 sessions — $175
2 Months | 16 sessions — $325

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7–9 PM
Arizona Athletic Grounds
Starting as early as September 8 and running through December 10
Schedule subject to change based on court availability.

Spots are limited. Training groups will remain intentionally limited so athletes can receive quality reps, feedback, and coaching.
