What Is Inflammatory Acne? Not all acne is the same.

Inflammatory acne happens when pores become clogged and the body’s immune response creates redness, swelling, and sometimes pain.
It can appear as:
🔹 Papules (small red bumps)
🔹 Pustules (pimples with a white or yellow center)
🔹 Nodules (large, painful bumps beneath the skin)
🔹 Cysts (deep, inflamed lesions that may lead to scarring)

Many people think acne is just a cosmetic concern, but for those living with inflammatory acne, it can affect confidence, social interactions, and emotional well-being.
