Practice to make progress y'all not perfection. And remember to not be so hard on yourself because that practice isn't easy sometimes. AND the practice does not always guarantee progress in the way you think. Because sometimes progress is very hard to see. It may show up as the ability to hold your tongue when normally you would lash out or the ability to speak up when you would normally stay silent. Self-reflection and staying true to yourself requires practice and that is the journey y'all. The journey back to who we are before we let ourselves become who we were told to be.
