✅ Check your meds: Keep prescriptions in your carry-on, not checked luggage. Airplane cargo holds and hot car trunks can ruin temperature-sensitive medications!
✅ Pack a "Just in Case" bag: Pack pain relievers, anti-diarrheal meds, tweezers, sunscreen, and plenty of hand sanitizer.
✅ Hydrate right: The average adult needs 11.5 to 15.5 cups of fluid daily—even more if you're out in the summer heat. Bring a refillable bottle and skip excess sugar.
✅ Beat jet lag: Reset your internal clock by getting outside into natural daylight as soon as you land.
