Massachusetts News: Attorney General Andrea Campbell has announced a $2.75 million settlement with Bear Mountain Healthcare LLC following allegations of systemic, intentional understaffing that led to severe resident neglect and harm across several statewide nursing facilities. Under the agreement, the provider will also enter a three-year independent compliance monitoring program to ensure state staffing standards are met moving forward.
