Some great tips from the Georgia School Nutrition Program. Opening a milk carton or peeling a piece of fruit can be a struggle for pre-K and Kindergarten students. They will feel like such a “big kid” if they’re able to do it themselves, even though our adults don’t mind helping at all! Practice these at home and help give your students the confidence to try themselves once they get to school. Happy Summer!
