E resolvi refletir sobre as eleições no Brasil.. essa polarização, agressividade..
Yamas e Niyamas são os códigos morais do Yoga que é o primeiro passo para vivermos esta arte. Minha vida há 20 anos.
Pensamos com raiva ou alegria sobre algo ou alguém e vibramos na frequência do pensamento para nós mesmos antes de atingir qualquer um.
Antes de criticar a atitude do outro, principalmente se vc pratica , inspire.
Respeito é saber usar a liberdade. Ser livre é uma estrada de mão dupla- meu direito começa onde termina o seu e vice-versa.
Sua crença pode não ser a mesma que a minha. E está tudo bem.
Dividir conteúdo bonito, buscar ajuda em filosofias de paz, propagar amor.. mas agir com raiva, julgando é hipocrisia, é viver na mentira.
Satya é a verdade, a transparência, a HONESTIDADE. Com você mesmo antes do outro.
“Honestidade é a primeira palavra no livro da sabedoria”
É assim que busco viver. E ao dividir minha verdade posso estar enganada, ou esclarecida.. mas estou em meu tempo, você no seu.. e tá tudo bem.

Yamas and Niyamas are the moral codes of Yoga which is the first step in living this art. My life for 20 years.
When thinking with anger or joy about anything we are vibrating at a frequency that affects us before anyone else.
Before criticizing others attitude, especially if you practice , take a deep breath.
Respect is knowing how to use freedom. Being free is a two-way road - my right begins where yours ends and vice versa.
Your belief may not be the same as mine. And it’s ok.
Sharing beautiful content, seeking help in philosophies of peace, which propagate love.. but acting in anger, judging, is hypocrisy, is living in a lie.
Satya is truth, transparency, HONESTY. With yourself before the other.
“Honesty is the first word in the book of wisdom”
That's how I try to live. And in sharing my truth, I can be wrong, or I can be right.. but I'm in my time, and you in yours.. and that's okay.

.. it’s an everyday practice.. everywhere you can silence, breathe, notice your body sensations, find the zillion reasons to be thankful, even for 5 minutes.
It’s where we find all answers.
In my case, if it can be practiced in the water, even better!
. é uma prática diária.. toda parte que você puder silenciar, respirar, notar suas sensações corporais, encontrar os zilhões de razões pelas quais sente gratidão, mesmo que por 5 minutos.
É onde encontramos todas as respostas.
No meu caso, se der para praticar na água, melhor ainda!

Gratitude for those people in my life.
Glad that since very young I am opened to know “worlds outside my bubble”..
Grateful for the privilege of working, practicing and exchanging so much!
Blessed to be able to hear some stories; to realize how little I really know.. and for the that reminds me everyday that kindness and respect are very useful, specially when not “deserved”.

“As pessoas mais bonitas que conhecemos são aquelas que conheceram o sofrimento, conheceram a derrota, conheceram o esforço, conheceram a perda e encontraram seu caminho fora das profundezas. Essas pessoas têm uma apreciação, uma sensibilidade e uma compreensão da vida que as enche de compaixão, gentileza e uma profunda preocupação amorosa. Pessoas bonitas não acontecem por acaso…”
Gratidão por essas pessoas na minha vida.
Feliz por desde muito jovem estar aberta a conhecer “mundos fora da minha bolha”..
Grata pelo privilégio de trabalhar, praticar e trocar tanto!

“It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of my mind, self, and intelligence.”
Sometimes all we need is to stop, sit or stand straight, feel the feet flat on the ground, and take a deeep breathe.
Sometimes we feel a bit overwhelmed with the speed of the routine and forget to do those small acts of grounding, breathing, feeling grateful.. that makes a big difference and brings back to centering.
The cherry on top that will renew us completely is a full to help us align and unify mind and body.
How many times I listen from students “I’m glad I practiced! Feeling much better, renewed!” ..
Do you identify? I bet you do! 😉🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Às vezes, tudo o que precisamos é parar, sentado ou de pé, sentir os pés no chão e respirar fundo.
Às vezes nos sentimos um pouco sobrecarregados com a velocidade da rotina e esquecemos de fazer aqueles pequenos atos de aterramento, respiração, sentimento de gratidão... isso faz uma grande diferença e traz de volta ao nosso centro.
A cereja no topo que vai renovar completamente é uma prática de completa para nos ajudar a alinhar e unificar mente e corpo.
Quantas vezes escuto dos alunos “Estou feliz por ter praticado! Sentindo-me muito melhor, renovado!” ..

How do you act and react when a new experience or opportunity comes to you?
Something that I’m used to listen when I say that I’m a teacher is “I CAN’T DO YOGA.. most of the people that say that never tried..
I’ve taught professional athletes for over 10 years and the biggest lesson I carry from that experience is that fear is an instant reaction without observation that only brings you down, while courage is a smile and acceptance that can strength from distress.
It’s amazing to see students with a winner’s atitude. It’s so easy to say “I can’t do that”.. and it’s so rewarding to say “I want to try that”..
So this post goes to all my students and all of you who don’t give up easy, who smiles in troubles and grow a little bit everyday!
Thanks for the opportunity to learn with you and seeing all that reflection I just made when teaching you! 🤍
Como você age e reage quando uma nova experiência ou oportunidade aparece?
Algo que escuto muito quando digo que sou professora de é “NÃO CONSIGO FAZER IOGA.., e a maioria das pessoas que dizem isso, nunca tentaram..
Ensinei atletas profissionais por mais de 10 anos e a maior lição que carrego dessa experiência é que o medo é uma reação instantânea sem observação que só te derruba, enquanto a coragem é sorriso e aceitação que pode fortalecer do sofrimento.
É incrível ver alunos com atitude de vencedores. É tão fácil dizer “eu não posso fazer isso”.. e é tão gratificante dizer “eu quero tentar isso”.
Então esse post vai para todos os meus alunos e todos vocês que não desistem fácil, que sorriem nas dificuldades e crescem um pouco a cada dia!
Obrigado Pavla pela oportunidade de aprender com você e enxergar toda essa reflexão que acabei de fazer quando te ensino! 💛
