The OneDevice

The OneDevice The first frequency wearable device that sends subtle frequencies of sound, and specific wavelengths of light into your nervous and endocrine systems.

A circle with a point at its center. One of the oldest symbols in human history.
The Pythagoreans called it the Monad, the whole before division.
Centuries later, Plato told another story about the same shape. In the Symposium, Aristophanes‘ myth describes humans as once whole, then split in two, spending their lives reaching back toward that wholeness. He called that reach love, and meant something quieter than finding another person. The return to yourself.
We chose this shape for a reason.
Save this for later.

Ten frequencies come standard. The 11th can be yours.
At a certified clinic, Bio-Tuning® uses real-time HRV feedback to identify your personal resonant frequency.
That frequency can then be encoded into your OneDevice as a custom 11th tone, alongside the ten frequencies already inside.
The process happens on site through a certified practitioner.
Find available Bio-Tuning® clinics through the link in bio.

A few days ago, Frequency: The Secret of Everything celebrated its Los Angeles red-carpet premiere, followed by an in-person Q&A with Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Created by Kaia Roman and Zappy Zapolin, the film brings together an extraordinary group of voices exploring frequency, health, consciousness, technology and human potential.

At OneDevice, we have been exploring a related territory through light, sound and synchronized sensory stimulation.

For us, frequency is a question. How does the information delivered to the nervous system influence human state, and how intentionally can we work with it?

There is still much to investigate, validate and understand. But seeing this conversation move from the edges into a broader cultural space feels important.

If you want to understand some of the thinking behind OneDevice, this film is a very good place to begin.

Your recovery score went up. Your evenings did not.
Cold, heat, fasting, training, screens, deadlines, and the effort of holding the whole protocol together reach the body as one number. Nothing in the stack is tracking that number, and nothing in it was built to lower it.
Regulation was what all of it was supposed to produce.
Count what you added this year. Then count what took something off.

Can sound influence the body in ways we still do not fully understand?
This clip explores an experiment around oxygen, frequency, and measurable response.
A bold claim. A fascinating question.

Calm is more than a feeling. It is a state your system can return to.
In our pilot study, 92% of participants reported better overall wellbeing, with less stress, better sleep, and noticeable improvements in how they felt day to day.
Over time, many also described something deeper: more internal coherence, more calm, more clarity.
When your state changes, life often starts to feel different around you too.
Save this for the days your system feels overloaded.

What if the benefits of light and sound could move with you?
Most light and sound therapies happen in a specific place, for a specific amount of time. But your nervous system keeps responding to the world around you long after the session is over.
That’s what inspired OneDevice. We made light and sound wearable, so subtle sensory input can stay with you throughout your day.
Sometimes the smallest signals can make the biggest difference.

The most expensive thing in 2026 is not a thing.
In 1899, Thorstein Veblen wrote that status had to be visible. Value meant display. For over a century, that held.
Then the scarcity changed. In 1971, Herbert Simon saw it first: a wealth of information creates a poverty of attention. He wrote that before the internet existed.
Today everything on your body reports to something. Your watch reads your pulse. Your ring syncs while you sleep. Your phone counts how often you pick it up.
Real luxury became the absence of demand. The object that collects nothing and asks for nothing.
Notice what takes your attention. And what gives it back.

The tension you carry is not always about what you did.
Sometimes it is about what your nervous system never fully processed.
Fascia wraps every structure in your body, records every stress signal you receive, and responds to your autonomic state in real time.
Eastern medicine mapped it as meridian channels. Modern anatomy calls it fascial lines. The same living tissue, described twice.
When the system stays chronically activated, fascia thickens and loses its ability to transmit clearly. You feel it as stiffness and heaviness that sleep does not fully resolve.
Regulation comes before release. Always.
