Beauty should never come at the cost of your safety.

Today I overheard two women speaking at my gym recommending a “foreign doctor” who performs aesthetic procedures inside private homes.

No verified U.S. medical license.
No proper medical setting.
No emergency protocols.
No ability to properly manage or reverse complications if something goes wrong.

This is exactly why so many complications happen in aesthetics.

What’s even more concerning is that we constantly see viral TikTok videos of women warning others:
“Don’t do fillers.”
“Don’t do Botox.”
“Don’t trust aesthetic procedures.”

But rarely do they mention:
❌ WHO performed the procedure
❌ IF that person was licensed in the USA
❌ WHERE the procedure was done
❌ WHETHER proper medical training existed

The problem is often NOT the procedure itself.
The problem is WHO is performing it.

Aesthetic medicine is still medicine.
Complications can happen even in expert hands — but trained licensed providers know how to recognize, manage, and treat them appropriately.
