🧠 Self-mastery is the first chapter of achieving wisdom.

Some of the wisdom obtained at a young age were programmed into our minds. Those who programmed us had good intentions but taught us how to play it safe. They meant to espress love, but when we dont understand challenges ourselves, we choose fear.

There comes a time in everyone life that they must reflect on their habits. Are your habits leading you to the life you strive for?

Many will choose a certain work environment, friends, or partner because it's safe. It doesn't mean you are not capable of having the life you dream of. But you must educate yourself on the path you choose to follow. Whether through books, teachers, or sitting still in mediation. Knowledge is power.

Knowledge will show the way. There's nothing wrong with the way we are living, if you're happy and content. But to obtain more, it is wise to learn what is holding us back. Knowledge will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in life.

We attract what is familiar to us. We entertain what makes us feel comfortable. If we grew up in a "toxic" or "dysfunctional" household, it's possible you will entertain and attract similar partners. As those patterns are familiar.

The same concept is seen in attracting the same type of friendship or work environment. If our minds are formed this way, is it possible we may be looking for teachers with similar beliefs? With the number of new "teachers" popping up daily on our social media, you would assume everyone is healed. But one of the rarest things to find is NOT success, wealth, a nice car, a beautiful woman, a handsome man, etc. etc. The rarest thing I come across is kindness.

Growth is embracing uncomfortable changes that lead to the best version of yourself. In an era of endless knowledge, be mindful of where you are learning from. As Carl Jung stated, "The world will ask you who you are, and if you don't know, the world will tell you"

Tree of life is common to many religions, mythologies, and philosophy. The tree of life is a common idea in cultures throughout the world. It represents, at times, the source of life, a force that connects all lives, or the cycle of life and death itself.

But have you noticed that it looks almost identical to the human anatomy? 

The Tree of Life is a representation of the human body and its seven chakras. Each branch of the tree corresponds to one chakra, and the leaves represent the energy moving through each chakra. The Tree of Life is a symbol of unity and interconnection.

Ever notice you tend to hold your breath when you are stressed? As soon as you find some relief, you deeply exhale. By mastering the breath, you bring peace into your space. Even the Holy Scriptures state in Gensis 2-7: "Then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature"
