I hear it over and over again from women who have been trying to conceive for MONTHS…

“My test strip says I’m positive, but I don’t have any cervical mucus.”

“My test strip says I’m positive… so why am I not getting pregnant?”

Here’s the thang a lang👇

LH strips only tell you that your body attempted to ovulate — not that ovulation actually happened.

They measure a surge in LH (luteinizing hormone), which usually rises as ovulation approaches…
but real life sh*t can interrupt that process — stress, travel, sickness, poor sleep,…

All these can delay or stop ovulation, even after a positive LH test.
�Which is why so many women are p*eing on strip after strip, doing it when they get a positive result, and still not getting pregnant.

Because a positive test DOES NOT confirm ovulation.

If you’re not seeing fertile-quality cervical mucus, and you’re not confirming ovulation, your body is telling you it does not feel safe enough to ovulate.

And THAT 👆needs to be the focus.

Because if you knew ovulation didn’t happen, you’d avoid the anxious 2-week wait and monthly let-down…

You’d stop wondering if you timed sh*t right…

You are fertile for about 6 days out of your menstrual cycle 👏
(if your hormones are working as they should be)

And you can identify when you’re fertile (and when you aren’t ) by tracking and interpreting your cervical mucus.

You don’t want to rely on apps and ovulation strips to tell you when you’re fertile.

Because yeah, you can track your cycle with 3 different apps, but I bet their predictions are all different...one says you’re “likely” fertile tomorrow while another says you aren’t for another 3 days.

Yeah, you can p*e on strips, but this is only going to tell you that ovulation is “likely” to occur in the next 24-36 hours. Meanwhile 4 days have passed in which you could’ve been making a baby...

This is how women end up missing their fertile window over and over again...

getting frustrated as fckkkkkkk, thinking something’s wrong with their body, wondering why it’s taking so dang long to get pregnant — when really, it’s just a timing thing 👀 LOL

Medication isn’t making you more fertile…
it’s just masking what’s actually going on.

So why are you still waiting to see if it leads to a positive pregnancy test? 👀😅

You got your hormones tested…�and yeah—some things came back “off.”

And like most women, you were led to believe it could be “fixed” with medication.

But let’s be real…
That medication isn’t fixing sh*t.

I see this with clients ALLLL THE TIMEEEEE 👀

They’re doing so much “right”
buying organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised…
having nutrient-dense whole foods most of the time…

But, they’re going long periods of time without food.
Yes, 5+ hours is too long.

Especially if you’re someone who’s having trouble getting and/or staying pregnant right now.

When you have breakfast at 7AM and then don’t get around to lunch until 2PM cause work got busy…

When you have lunch around 12/1PM and don’t eat again until you get home from work & cook dinner…

You’re dysregulating your blood sugar.
When your blood sugar is not stable, cortisol levels will stay elevated.

This signals to your body “survival’ instead of “make a baby”

When you eat every 3-4 hours and your meals are properly composed w/ enough protein, fat, carbs, and fiber,…
