Weekly habits I’m trying to avoid… not because they’re “bad,” but because I’ve started paying attention to how they actually make me feel… 👇🏼⁠

1. Running on coffee instead of food might feel efficient in the moment, but it usually leaves me more anxious and chasing energy later. The same goes for hydration. I used to think more water was enough, but without minerals it doesn’t fully land. Energy dips quicker and I feel more depleted than I should.⁠

2. Eating in a rushed or distracted state is another one. It’s easy to do, but I notice digestion feels heavier and I’m less satisfied, even if I’ve eaten enough. And ignoring early signs of stress never really works. What starts as something small tends to show up later in my sleep, mood or energy.⁠

3. Even letting routines drift slightly (later nights, irregular meals, less structure) can create a kind of internal noise that’s hard to ignore when it builds up over the week.⁠

I’m not trying to be perfect with any of this, just more aware. Noticing what actually supports my system and what quietly works against it.⁠
⁠
