When a person is given guidance or input suggesting that health issues are on some level co-created by one's consciousness and that we have the potential for healing ourselves rather than remaining stuck in suffering and feeling like a victim of unfair circumstances, abuse, genetics, or other variables, it is not unusual for that guidance to be rejected or ignored and for the person to misinterpret the help or guidance offered as shaming or blaming a person for suffering or being a victim. That is how a victim state of consciousness operates, as it filters experience through that belief system and the associated emotions that keep the person in an energetically constricted state that interferes with self-healing processes. There are certainly external stresses and painful experiences that play a role in people's physical and mental health challenges, while our conscious and subconscious psychological response to those phenomena will be a major factor in our path to recovery or our remaining ill or impaired. Stresses and challenges can be accepted as things to learn and grow from and which our subconscious intelligence or soul may have chosen for reasons we may not yet consciously recognize or appreciate. Resistance and rejection can interfere with healing, while acceptance, allowance, and an "attitude of gratitude" and self-love and forgiveness support healing. We can practically address any external stresses impacting our health while also shifting our energy and consciousness to access the power within us and the loving spiritual essence that manifests life in each moment.
