By understanding and accepting that we can only do what we can do today, we will prevent unnecessarily adding more stress and anxiety to our life and therefore we will free up resources so that we can prepare to do and be a little better tomorrow. Acceptance is a superpower not a weakness.

If you’re unsure as to what that even means, allow me.

It means that we will want to continue re-examining about every aspect of our health and how we’ve been trained to manage it.

It means we’ll want to learn how to care for ourselves in new and effective ways if we are to shift from surviving to thriving, from disempowered to empowered, and from codependent to independent.

If you’re unclear on whether we have a system that works, simply search the Internet for, “mental health statistics.”

The really good news is when we do re-examine these matters under a new and evolving light, one now driven by expanding and empowering science, we realize we are able to be in charge of the way we feel and function in a way well beyond anything we thought possible!
