🌅 is the practice of early morning exposure to the sun within the first hour of waking up…so it’s NOT for everybody.

The benefits are well known by ancient traditions and include:
-reduction of melatonin, the sleep hormone.
Increase alertness and support healthy cortisol timing.
Regulate serotonin which influences mood and emotional balance.
Later that day the serotonin helps convert back into melatonin for better sleep.

I started OHM SESSIONS after getting certified as an practitioner to assist in my music therapy sessions with all my students with Autism. 💙
The need to use in my therapeutic practice got me deeper into how music can be used as medicine as well as the now well known potential of music as holistic wellness.
Ohm sessions is
🔺tuningfork sound vibration therapy
And facilitating inclusive spaces where both children and their parents/caretakers can explore sound and music together to create expanded states of mindfulness, presence and ways to connect. 🧑‍🧒🌎🧬
